The Undoing Classes - Fall 2025

SOLD OUT/Class full for Fall 2025. Please email if you would like to register for the session. If you'd like to try one drop-in class to see if it's a fit for you, please email to see if there's a space. A beautifully spacious class where we delve into movement that is gentle, relieving and healing. We will be incorporating restorative yoga postures and lots of breath so that we can balance out and undo some of the stress and fullness of our lifestyle. Details: This is a registered class. You are considered registered when you have paid (or arranged payment). Cash is preferred, etransfer also accepted. There are 3 price options, please choose the one that feels the best for you and your budget: $180-200-225 Things to know: The class may be 1.5 hrs but it is usually 2.5 to 3 hours of my time, these small therapeutic classes are usually $30-35/class in other places; it's totally okay to choose the lowest amount if you need too, AND if that's still too much for you please reach out to me (sincerely, I have been there too where I couldn't afford something I truly wanted to do). Other things: If you know you ware going to miss a class you can get a friend to fill in, just let me know. I'd also like to continue to offer for this session and see how/if it works. If you are sick (for reals) and can't attend a class or 2, I'd like to put that as a credit to a private. I hope to encourage you to not feel like you have to attend a class if you have the cold or flu but also not feel like you are losing out. As always whenever you sign up for a registered class with me you get a discount on privates ($50 instead of $97/session), and access to me via email or phone should you have any questions between classes and/or privates.
